What do I actually own after I pay?
The license, outright. Your site, your booking, your CRM and your data. Stop paying the monthly and all of that keeps serving — what stops is updates, support and the AI. You can export everything, including call transcripts, on any tier, and self-host if you want to.
What do I pay every month, and for what?
One thing, chosen once. Running & Care is $79 a month and covers hosting, updates, support and the compliance work that keeps the site legal as the rules move. If you take an AI front desk plan instead, Running & Care is included in it — you are not paying both. The plans start at $297 and are priced by how much the agents answer.
What happens if I start on Launch and need Growth?
The difference is creditable in full for twelve months. Starting at Launch costs you nothing later, which is why we would rather you started there than bought a tier you are not ready to use.
What is the difference between a build and a license?
A build is the website only: we research your business, build the site on your own domain, and hand it over. You own it on delivery and nothing recurs. A license is the site plus the CRM — customer records, quotes, booking and messaging by tier — and, on a monthly plan, the AI agents that answer the phone. If you start with a build and want the rest later, the build price credits in full toward a Growth license for twelve months.
When does the 48 hours start?
When your intake is complete, not when you pay. The difference is usually a day. We say so because pretending otherwise starts the relationship badly, and because the intake is the part that decides whether the site is any good.
What is the guarantee, exactly?
Three numbers, over thirty days: 95% of your inbound calls answered, every booking in your hands inside 60 seconds, and live on your own domain. Miss one and the license is refunded in full. We do not promise your sales will grow — nobody honestly can.
